'String or Binary data would be truncated'

This Truncation error will prevent you from hitting the post button.

What it's saying is:

There are fields populated, either within the posting or within the matter (i.e. matter Details) in which the posting is being assigned that are too long.
​
When you see this message pop, try and shorten (abbreviate if possible) the content of some of the fields populated within the posting screen.

If you are still unable to resolve this yourself, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
