I can't find a payment on my bank rec

If another payment has been posted on the same day, with the same reference, then these would be grouped together as a +++ composite entry +++ on your bank rec.

Try clicking on the plus sign on the far left-hand side of the row to populate what is contained within that entry to see if the payment is there.

If you still can't see the posting, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
