Bill request print preview cuts off bill narrative or crashes when requesting via DPS Outlook Office Add-In

If you have a bespoke bill template for you firm, please use the workaround below:

  1. From your billing screen, select Print Settings.

  2. On the next window click on the drop down box for Print Layout - Bill.

  3. Select a bill template.

  4. Select Make Default Layout.

  5. Close window and perform Print Preview or Request bill. Narrative will display in full.

Please note - These steps are only required to be actioned once, but will need to be performed on a each users machine that requests bills in this way.
