This is likely to be a setting on your default printer. Please try saving a new default printer, by following the steps below:
Click on the Windows Start button.
Type Printers & Scanners (System Settings), then click on the application, or hit the enter key on your keyboard.
You will see a list of printers, one of which is set as your default, click on another printer i.e. Adobe PDF.
Click Manage.
Click Set as Default.
Close DPS and re-open, then go to a billing screen and view a Print Preview for a bill, the new default printer setting should correct the layout.
