Bill print preview shows template misaligned (white section to right)

This is likely to be a setting on your default printer. Please try saving a new default printer, by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the Windows Start button.

  2. Type Printers & Scanners (System Settings), then click on the application, or hit the enter key on your keyboard.

  3. You will see a list of printers, one of which is set as your default, click on another printer i.e. Adobe PDF.

  4. Click Manage.

  5. Click Set as Default.

  6. Close DPS and re-open, then go to a billing screen and view a Print Preview for a bill, the new default printer setting should correct the layout.
