Change Default Printer

  1. Click on the Start button.

  2. Type Printer.

  3. Click on Printers & Scanners.

  4. Click on the printer.

  5. Click Manage.

  6. Click Set as default.

If you're still having issues with your default printer not holding, try these steps outside of Citrix, if it does continue then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
