If you're having an issue with the quick print addon within Word not printing from the correct printer tray then please follow the below steps:
Click on the quick print Icon.
On the bottom left of the window that opens, click on Choose printer.
Make sure the correct printer is chosen, If it isn't, choose the correct printer from the list and this will pull in the correct trays then press save, if it is the correct printer but the trays are incorrect follow step 4.
Go back to the quick print icon where it shows the trays.
Compare a working users tray setup to your own tray setup and change to the correct trays if needed.
Press Save.
