Please try the below steps to resolve your printer issues:
Restart your printer.
Restart Your machine.
Check your internet connection if wireless.
Ensure that all cables are plugged in correctly.
See Printer screen if there are any errors.
If these have not resolved your issue, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
