Proforma's can be raised in 2 places:
From the DPS One Office (or FD) Home screen, select User.
Select Billing Request.
Tick Pro Forma.
Complete the request as you would with a usual bill
You can also raise a Pro Forma from the case side when in a matters File History screen:
Open the File History screen on a matters case.
Select the Accounts button.
Select Bill Request.
Tick Pro Forma.
Complete the request as you would with a usual bill.
Once complete, your Accounts team will be able to go to Admin Tasks, where they need to click on the Pro Forma tab.
Posting the Pro Forma converts it to a posted bill on the matter ledger
Deleting the Pro Forma cancels the Pro Forma request.
