Less on Account pop up not appearing for one of our accounts users

This setting is applied in DPS on a user-by-user basis. Please ask the affected user to follow the steps below:

  1. From the DPS FD Home screen select Client Postings.

  2. Select Bills.

  3. Select Print Settings.

  4. Under Report Options, tick Prompt For Money On Account.

  5. Select Make Default For All Bills.
