Quick bill error

This could be because there is a symbol in the data that is preventing Quick Bills working correctly.

The workaround would be as follows:

  1. Click Client Postings.

  2. Click Bills.

  3. Enter the matter reference number.

  4. Click Find.

  5. Click Select the Time.

  6. Click a line in the select time window to highlight the timeline.

  7. Right click and select.

  8. Continue doing this until you have selected the amount of time you want to bill.

  9. Click OK.
