Updating legal aid contract

You can update your legal aid contract by doing the following:

Note: A supervisor profile is needed to complete the steps below.

  1. Login to the DPSSQLConfig.

  2. Click on branches.

  3. Double click on one of the branches you have and which matches the contract you're updating.

  4. Click on the legal aid contracts tab.

  5. Click on Add contr, All the schedule reference number, Category, type and start and end date.

  6. Press save.

  7. Click on add AP.

  8. Add the procurement area, Access point and matter starts.

  9. Press save then press ok.
