In DPS FD (Financial Director) select the matter ledger.
Click the Time tab, the screen defaults to All Time,
Click OK, the report shows a column with W/O.
W/O means the time has been written off and the matter cannot be deleted, you will need to close the matter instead.
Any financial or time data entered on the matter will prevent the matter being deleted, to preserve the integrity of the accounts data.
