To add more job titles for users please follow the below steps:
Note: Only a supervisor can action the steps below.
Login to DPSSQLConfig, this is located in the root of DPS.
Click on Users and Groups.
Click on Users.
Click on any user in the list and then click Edit on the right hand side.
Under the user settings section on the right hand side, you will see in blue Job title (Precedent H). Double click the blue name and a popup will show.
Here you can add new job titles.
Under ST_ID add the next number in the sequence.
Under Job Code add an abbreviation of the title you are adding e.g. Solicitor is abbreviated to SLCT.
Under Description write the name of the job title. This is what will appear in the dropdown menu.
This will then add a new job title, If you’re still having issues then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
