If you're finding you're unable to drag items outside of DPS and the version of your software is 15.5.2.3 or higher, please follow the steps below:
Press and hold down the Shift button on your keyboard at the same time drag the item outside of DPS into your desired location.
If you’re still having issues then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
