If you're having it when dragging items from your matter file history out to your desktop or into a folder then follow the below steps:
Close DPS and then open DPS back up again.
Sign out, do not disconnect, then sign back in.
Make sure the matter isn't a closed matter, if the matter is closed then this could mean you can't do this and you will need to xdraft the item you want to drag and drop.
