If you're getting emails with attachments and these attachment are showing as rich text then please follow the below steps to resolve this:
In Outlook click on file.
On the bottom left click on options.
A new pop up will show, on the left click mail.
Where it says compose message in this format, change it from rich text to HTML then press ok.
This will now mean all your emails that have attachments on them shall be showing correctly now. If youβre still having issues then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
