If you find that you can't find the time you have added showing within your matter history then please follow the below:
Click on all on the top left
Click on Include time.
This will then show your time you have put onto a matter. If you're still facing an issue then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
