This feature will allow you to clean up your DPS file letters directory with orphaned diary items (items which are saved in the Files.xx location but do not have a corresponding diary entry in the database) by following the steps below:
Open the DPSSQLConfig file.
Select the Advanced Tab and then click Unattached Documents.
Select the Application code from the dropdown list (you will need to perform steps 3-7 for all applications individually).
Click on Scan.
Wait for the software to finish.
You will be asked if you would like to view the log file. Select Yes or No as required.
When finished, you will be able to find all the unattached docs in the backup folder within the application e.g. F:\DPSSQL\Convey\Files.CP.Backup.
