Reallocate a license to a different user

If you have a new user starting, or if a user is changing roles and needs to have their profile reconfigured, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. We will need the following details:

  • The name of the user to be replicated (i.e. old user, different user who has the same role etc.).

  • The name of the user whose configuration you'd like to be changed.
