If you have a new user starting, or if a user is changing roles and needs to have their profile reconfigured, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. We will need the following details:
The name of the user to be replicated (i.e. old user, different user who has the same role etc.).
The name of the user whose configuration you'd like to be changed.
