Teamtalk dictations aren't working

If you are having issues with Teamtalk dictation, we'll need to look at this for you.

Please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. We will need the following details:

  • The title of this article.

  • Full name of the user experiencing the issue.

  • The nature of the issue, i.e:

    • are they unable to log in?

    • Is the user incorrectly configured?

    • Does a user need to be set up?

  • If an error is occurring, please send a screenshot of the error.

  • Details of how the user should be set up e.g. author/typist? Branch? If typist, then who is the author?
