It is possible to remove dictations, however we'll need to do this for you.
Please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. We'll need the following information:
The job number of the dictation you want to remove.
The user who currently has the job.
The date that the job was created.
The job name.
