If you receive this error, it might be that there was a corruption saving the bill print on posting. This doesn’t affect the actual posting of the bill or your ledger figures, it's purely a document-saving error.
You can resave a copy of the bill to the file history by following the steps below:
From the Matter ledger card, double-click on the bill posting.
Click View Bill.
Check the correct template is selected, by pressing Print Settings, then choose a template from Print Layout - Bill.
Click Print Preview.
Select File, then Export to PDF.
Save File to a desired location.
From the File History, right-click on the bill which does not show the bill copy.
Click Edit Item.
Remove the corrupted document by clicking on the red X.
Click the 3 dots under Document.
Select the new saved version of the bill.
