Can't bill time as it has a zero value

It might be that the time has been recorded with a zero value or has been marked as uncharged. You can see and edit time records by following the steps below:

  1. From the Matter Ledger, click Open Matter File.

  2. Click OK on the File Label window.

  3. You will now be in the File History. Click on the Actions button and select Show Cost Guide. A column will now show against each item of time recorded on the file.

  4. As long as time is not already picked up in a previous bill, you can right-click, then select Edit Item.

  5. The screen that then appears allows you to change the value of the time recording, once done, click Save and Close.
