The Free type in the Supplier field doesn't pick up the supplier correctly you must pick a supplier from the Search (Spyglass) function instead.
The free typing of the field will be restricted in later versions.
Please follow the below steps for entering the details:
If there is a Supplier:
Click on the Search (Spyglass) and select the Supplier from the list.
Tab to next field Diary Note and add your description.
If there is not a Supplier:
If the expert you are looking for is not displayed when clicking on the Search (Spyglass).
Tab to the Diary Note field below and free type the Experts name with a relevant description for the fee in this box.
