The system is asking for a supervisor user ID and password, when trying to reverse a posting

If you receive this message it will be because your security profile does not give you rights to action reversals. Any user with a DPS Supervisor security profile and FD Licence will be able to reverse these postings for you, this will likely be someone in your Accounts Department.

If you are unsure of who your DPS Supervisors are If you experience this issue, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. Our support team will happily find out who your supervisors are.
