This is not an error, but a warning that there is a WIP limit set on the matter which has been surpassed. You can see a matters WIP Credit Limit by following the steps below:
From the DPS One Office home screen select File.
Select Matters.
Enter Matter Ref, then click Search.
Double-click on matter.
In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, you will see there is a WIP Credit Limit.
If you are receiving a warning when recording time, this will appear when you are close to the limit, or once it has been exceeded.
This won't stop users recording time but will warn them that the limit has been reached. If needed the limit can be removed or increased, then click Save.
