Note: To do the below steps you still need to be a supervisor and have access to the DPSSQLConfig.
Within the DPSSQLConfig click on Client Defaults/System Settings.
Click on Time Recording.
Re-apply the 90% in both WIP Limit and Matter Limit Thresholds.
Click Apply.
