Delete a client created in error

  1. In DPS One Office, on the horizontal menu bar at the top of the screen click FILE at the top left.

  2. Select CLIENTS.

  3. Enter the client number in the Reference box and click the Search button. Ensure you select the Branch at the top right.

  4. In the search result box, Double click on the client line to open it.

  5. In the Client screen click Delete on the top horizontal menu bar.

  6. You'll see the message, "Are you sure that you want to delete this client?" Click Yes.
