Note: You will need to have the rights to do this via the security profile section within the DPSSQLconfig called Amend screens, workflow and workflow items. This should be done by a supervisor or someone who has had development training.
Right click the screen where the field you want to change is and choose screen designer.
Double click onto the field you want to change, a field properties screen will then show for that specific field.
Change the number within the text input size section from X amount to Y.
Press update then close.
Press ok then press yes to the save screen design popup.
Press no for the rearrange sequence request.
This has now been updated, note that the field you have increased the size for may overlap another field depending on how much you increased the field size to, you can rearrange that specific field by following step 1 and dragging the field around the screen so it fits.
