Adding invoice documents to e-chits

You can add documents to e-chit requests by following the steps below:

  1. Have the document saved to a location path you can access.

  2. While in an e-chit request screen, next to Invoice Document, click Browse.

  3. Locate the saved document in your file explorer screen and double click on the document.

  4. The path location of the document will populate into the e-chit screen.

  5. Complete the e-chit, then click Post.

  6. Once your accounts team post the e-chit, the invoice will be available to see when you double click on the item on the ledger card it has been posted to.
