HMRC & HMCTS has updated/added the following probate forms:
C4 - Corrective Amount
IHT38 - Claim for relief - loss on sale of land
IHT401a - Long-term United Kingdom (UK) residence
IHT417 - Foreign assets
PA1A - Probate application - where the person who has dies did not leave a will that deals with assets in England and Wales
PA1S - Postal search of the Probate records of England and Wales
