If you have accidentally deleted a file or a file has been otherwise lost or overwritten, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. We will need the following information:
Your name and company.
The matter reference from which the file was deleted (if applicable).
The name of the file in question.
The last known location of the file (if it wasn't deleted from within a matter).
The last time you accessed a known good version of the file and whether you'd like the file to be restored from this particular version.
