To change a branch on a matter:
Ensure the matters case file is not open in a tab across the top of your screen, if it is then close it, by pressing X on the tab.
From the DPS Home Screen, select File.
Click Matters.
Enter Matter Ref, then click Search.
Double-click on the matter
You will now be in the matter set up screen, where you can change the branch from Branch Drop-Down and then click Save.
If you receive an error after this, a database change will need to be made. In this instance please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
