In order to clear any locked matters, you will need to ensure that you are a DPS Supervisor and follow these steps:
Login to DPS as a Supervisor.
Click on Tools along the top.
Click on Supervisor.
Click on Locked file manager.
You can then see the matters open and who has the matter locked open.
You can select multiple matters that you would like to unlock.
Once you have selected the matters then click Unlock.
The matters will now be unlocked.
