Note: To fix this issue, you'll need to be a DPS Supervisor.
As the DPS Supervisor within the business, log into the DPSSQL Config.
Click Licences.
On the bottom left corner of the window, select either DPSCase or Accounts.
βTip: If you're unsure which license is causing the issue:Check the number under Available. If it's 0, this is where you'd need to clear licenses.
The error itself should specify which licence is causing the issue.
For example, 'All Accounts licenses are in use.'
From the list of users, select any duplicates or licences open longer than one day.
Right-click and click Log Off.
Note: This removes the licence but will not affect the user.
6. The licences are now clear and you will be able to log in.
