If you would like a user to be given access to a network drive or a specific folder within a network drive, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
In the case, please leave the following information:
The full name of the user who requires access
The name of the drive (e.g.S: drive, M:) or the name of the folder within the network location (e.g. R:\FolderName)
Which permissions the user requires (Read only, Read/write, Full access)
