If you are getting errors within Outlook, or if Outlook is failing to load up you may find that recreating a profile helps resolve the issue. You can do this by following the steps below.
Please make sure any instance of Outlook is closed before doing these steps.
Within the Citrix environment, press the Start button and type in Control Panel. Click on it when the option comes up.
Within the control panel, click on the option that says Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
A window should pop up. Click on Add and then type something different to the profile already entered i.e. Outlook 2, Outlook New etc.
Click Ok.
A new window should pop up. Make sure all the details in the fields (email address) are entered correctly and then click Next and then finally, click Finish.
A webpage may open up at this point. You can cross this off.
You should come back to the window that was opened in step 3. You should now see 2 options. The profile you just created (Outlook New) and the profile you had before (Outlook). Click on the latter and then click on Remove and at the prompt, click Yes.
Back in the window, click on Apply and then Ok.
Reopen Outlook and test to see if the issue is resolved.
